Senior Architect, SANTIAGO CALATRAVA LLC, head office Zurich, Switzerland

We are seeking talented, dynamic and highly motivated ARCHITECTS with extensive experience in complex large scale projects to join our Head Office in Zurich, Switzerland.

Qualification requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture and minimum 5+ years experience (post-graduate)
  • Experience on large scale building or bridge projects, from Programming and Schematic Design through to Construction Administration and close out
  • Experience coordinating consultants (MEP, Civil, Structural, etc.)
  • Knowledge of building codes and standards
  • Expert Knowledge and ability to produce building details and specifications
  • Strong experience in AutoCAD & Autodesk Revit and open to learn additional programs
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite and MS-Office
  • Business fluent English a must
  • Additional foreign languages a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
  • EU or Swiss Nationality or otherwise eligible for employment in Switzerland

Structural Engineer

Santiago Calatrava seeks experienced STRUCTURAL ENGINEERS to work on unusual and demanding international building and bridge projects in our Head Office in Zurich, Switzerland.

Qualification requirements

  • University Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience (post graduate)
  • Chartered, Professional Engineer or equivalent status (or working towards such an accreditation)
  • Experience on medium/large scale building, bridge or other infrastructure projects preferably from Concept design through to Construction on site
  • Experience coordinating with other consultants
  • Experience in FEM modelling software. Candidates with experience using Sofistik, Cubus software suites will be treated preferentially
  • Candidates fluent in English will be treated preferentially
  • German and other languages are considered a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
  • EU or Swiss Nationality or otherwise eligible for employment in Switzerland

Santiago Calatrava sucht erfahrene BAUINGENIEUR*INNEN für aussergewöhnliche, anspruchsvolle, nationale und internationale Gebäude- und Brückenprojekte in unserem Hauptsitz in Zürich.

 

Anforderungen:

  • Hochschulabschluss im Bauingenieurwesen
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (nach beendetem Studium)
  • Erfahrung in der Planung von geometrisch komplexen Gebäuden und Brückentragwerken vom Entwurf bis zur Ausführung
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination mit anderen Disziplinen und Fachplanern
  • Erfahrung in der FEM Modellierung, vorzugsweise mit den Programmen Sofistik, Cubus
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Sie sind präzise, organisiert, effizient und flexibel
  • Sie haben eine selbständige, teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • EU oder Schweizer Staatsbürgerschaft oder anderweitig berechtigt zur Erwerbstätigkeit in der Schweiz
